介绍管壳式换热器的自动布管方法 ,包括正三角形和正方形等 4种标准排列。该系统以AutoCAD 2 0 0 0为开发平台 ,以VisualLisp和VBA为开发工具 ,能根据不同流程、不同排列方式 ,自动绘出管板布管图 。

This paper presents an auto arrangement method of heat tubes for tube sheet heat exchanger.It can be used to arrange 4 standard patterns of pipeline layout (30°/60°/45°/90°). The system, developed by Visual Lisp and VBA, is based on Auto CAD 2000. According to various flow orders and pipe patterns, it can produce the ideal layout, which shortens the designing period and betters the designing quality.
