On the Factors in Style Formation of Ancient Chinese Poetry

古典诗词风格的形成不外乎有客观因素和主观因素两个方面 ,一般说来 ,客观因素包括时代、阶级、民族、题材、体裁、语言等方面的因素 ,主观因素包括作家的思想、生活经历、气质个性和艺术修养等方面的因素。作家的创作个性是形成作品风格的最主要的决定因素。

Both objective and subjective factors can be found in the style formation of ancient Chinese poetry.In general,the former includes times,class,nationality,subjects,styles,language,etc,while the latter consists of thoughts,life experience,personality and artistic accomplishment of the author.The author's creative personality is the decisive factor in his style formation.
