107例鹿角形肾结石的治疗回顾

A Retrospective Analysis of Treatment on 107 Cases of Staghorn Calculi

本文从临床上分析了107例〈110侧〉鹿角形肾结石,108侧肾行手术取石,原位控制性低温肾动脉阻断实质切开取石50例。文中强调鹿角形结石患者术前应作尿培养,选用抗菌素并尽早手术取石,严格掌握肾切除指征。

There were 107 patients with 110 kidneys with staghorn calculi analysed clinically and 108 kidneys were operated.50 kidneys were nephrolithotomiz- ed by occlusion of the renal artery with in situ controlled hypothermia.It is emphasized that urine of the patients should be cultivated and antibiotics should be used preoperatively,and the patients should be operated as early as possible.The indication of nephrectomy should be controlled strictly.
