紫外线照射对豚鼠表皮郎格罕细胞形态学影响的实验研究

The Effects of Ultraviolet Ray Irradiation on Epidermal Cells in Guinea pigs

摘要 本文采用 ATP 酶染色法,连续、动态观察紫外线照射后豚鼠表皮内郎格罕细胞(LC)的密度及结构变化。结果表明:波长200~400nm,剂量422.4~1689.6mJ/cm^3紫外线照射豚鼠皮肤后,局部 LC 密度明昴降低(P<0.01),细胞数目较照射前减少28~51%。细胞突起减少、变短、部分细胞变圆,体积增大,胞浆呈空泡状。皮肤冰冻切片(H—E)见表皮增厚,表层细胞角化明显。停止照射后8d,郎格罕细胞密度及结构基本恢复正常。文中对紫外线照射使表皮内郎格罕细胞数目减少的原因及其临床意义进行了讨论。 A continuous observation was made of effects of ultraviolet ray irradia- tion on the density and morphology of Langerhans cells defined with ATPase staining in guinea pigs.The result showed that the density of local Langerhans cells became significantly fewer(28~51% less than the normal level in term of Langerhans cells number)after irradiation with 200~400nm,422.2~1689. 6mJ/cm^2 ultraviolet ray.Morphological changes were also observed,present- ing less and shorter dendritic projects.Skin frozensections demonstrated that whole epidermis became thick,with obvious keratinize.All these changes al- most disappeared 8 days after irradiation.This study confirmed that ultra- violet ray irradiation could deplete surface enzyme system of Langehans cells, and in serious condition morphological changes also occurred.The cause of Langehans cells after irradiation and its clinical significance were discused,
