The Comprehensive Evaluation on the Regional Development Distinction of Telecommunication Industry in Shaanxi Province

从电信设备投资建设水平、服务质量水平和电信新业务发展水平等三个方面 ,共分 11个指标建立了电信业地区发展差异综合评价模型指标体系 ,并通过综合指数加权法对陕西省关中、陕南、陕北三地的电信业发展水平进行了综合评价。

This paper establishes a model system that can be used to comprehensively evaluated indexes of regional development distinction in telecommunication industry on the basis of 11 indexes by means of investment of telecommunication equipment, service quality and development of new business. It also evaluates the levels of telecommunication industry development in the Middle, North and South of Shaanxi respectively by method of comprehensive indexes.
