摘要
本文系统地介绍了近年来国内外应用激光辐射改变功能材料电、光、磁等物理性质的研究工作 ,涉及半导体材料、介电材料、高温超导材料和磁性材料等方面 ;分析了激光辐射改变材料物理性质的机理 ;讨论了该项技术的发展前景和存在的问题 ;指出 ;应用激光辐照技术 ,有选择地改变材料辐照层结构 ,以获得所需材料表层的物理性质 ,应是这一领域的主要研究目标。
In this paper,the recent research on improving the physical properties of functional materials by means of laser modification is introduced systematically,which includes semiconductors,dielectrics,high-temperature superconductors,magnetic materials,and so on.The mechanism of laser modification of physical properties of materials is analyzed,and the developing prospect as well as the present problems of the advanced technology is also discussed.It is pointed out that the signification in developing the technology is to improve physical properties of materials by purposeful controlling structural changes in laser-irradiated layer of materials.
