激光热疗的光生物学基础与治疗参数的选择

Photobiological foundation and optimum parameter of laser thermotherapy

本文从能量的角度分析激光与生物组织热相互作用机理及激光热源形成的物理和光生物过程 ,探讨激光热疗的微观机制 ,定量描述激光照射对生物组织温度的影响及其与激光参数和组织参数的关系 ,并具体讨论了激光针灸理疗、激光热杀治癌、激光诱导间质疗法的治疗参数 ,其结果可为激光热疗及其参数的选择提供理论依据。

Basing on the view of energy,the interaction of lasers with biological tissue and the process of developing laser heat source are discussed.The mico-mechanism of laser heat therapy are also studied.We go further into tissue temperature varying with laser and tissue parameter in laser irradiating,quantitatively,and put forward the theoretical basis of selecting treatment parameter in laser thermotherapy.It will be of directive value to us in the laser acupuncture and moxibustion,laser heat treatment and laser-induced interstitial thermotherapy.
