高频电离子手术联合爱宝疗浓缩液治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

The effect of high-frequency electric ion operating apparatus combined albothyl in treating condyloma acuminata

目的 :探讨高频电离子手术联合爱宝疗浓缩液治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效 :方法 :对 180例尖锐湿疣患者疣体分别用手术、高频电离子和电离子联合爱宝疗治疗 ,比较治疗有效率、复发率、创面出血和愈合情况。结果 :电离子治疗组的有效率、复发率和创面出血发生率与手术治疗组相比有统计学差异 ,但创面不佳愈合的发生率高于联合治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :高频电离子手术治疗方法是治疗尖锐湿疣较佳的方法 ,而且创面应用爱宝疗有助于愈合。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-frequency electric ion operating combined with albothyl in treating condyloma acuminata.Methods:Operating. high-frequency electric ion operating and high-frequency electric ion operating combined with albothyl were performed to therapy condyloma acuminata in 180 women respectively,and the efficiency.recurrence rate.haemorrhagia rate and wound healing were compared.Results:Statisticd difference was found in the efficiency.recurrence rate and haemorrhagia rate between electric ion group and operating group,while the rate of poor wound healing in electric ion group was higher than that in combined group.Conclusions:High-frequency electric ion operating was a better way to therapy condyloma acuminata,and albothyl can help wound healing.
