摘要
家兔感染EHFV-J10株后,用PAP方法、单克隆荧光抗体法及间接IFA检测了外周血淋巴细胞内病毒抗原反应,发现:感染后第5天,病毒抗原开始在淋巴细胞胞浆内出现,第6~8天抗原反应性较强,第10天后阳性抗原逐渐消失。结果还表明,用PAP法对淋巴细胞内EHFV抗原检出的阳性动物数明显高于单克隆荧光抗体法和IFA法,且抗原检出时间早于后2种方法。
Rabbits inoculated with EHFV-J10 strain showed that viral antigen were detected in the cytoplasm of the peripheral blood lymphocytes by PAP method,monoclonal antibody method and indirect IFA in the period of 5~10 days post-infection.The stronger antigen reaction occured between 6~8 days post-infection and viral antigen disappeared after the 11th infection day. Results of the experiment also showed that PAP method is more sensitive in detecting viral antigen of lymphocyted than IFA.
