常用口服避孕药对人体rRNA基因功能的影响

The Effect of Contraceptives on the Function of rRNA Gene in Human Cells

应用银染-Ⅱ技术,对长期口服“避孕片2号”、“避孕片0号”及对照组各八例健康妇女的染色体核仁形成区,与近端着丝粒染色体联合进行了研究。结果提示:常用国产口服避孕药对人体rRNA基因功能和近端着丝粒染色体联合未见有明显影响。

With the Ag-Ⅱ staining method,the nucleolar organizer regions(NORs) and acrocentrics chromosome association were studied in three groups of women:(1)8 women taking oral contraceptive tabellae No.2;(2)8 women taking oral contraceptive talellae No.0;(3)and in 8 controls.The results suggest that these two oral contraceptives may not bring any harmful effect on the function of rRNA gene in human cells and acrocentrics chromosome association,and-that women taking these did not increase the chance of bearing a child with trisomy or translocation.
