摘要
作者以当归补血汤注射液腹腔注妊娠小白鼠,以观察其对孕鼠及仔鼠的影响,并另设生理盐水组和MMC组进行对照。结果:①实验组孕鼠体重明显重于两对照组(P<0.01);②实验组仔鼠的发育和形态均正常(P>0.05);③实验组流产率最高(P<0.01):④实验组流产母鼠的子宫明显增生增大(P<0.05)。提示:本方剂对孕鼠具有补益增体重作用;对仔鼠发育及形态均无不良影响;但对孕鼠有流产作用。
The effects of Chinese Angelica Decoction for Replenishing Blood on pregnant mice were studied with two control groups,normal saline group and MMC group.The results were as follows:(1)The weight of pregnant mice of experimental group were wirghtier than those of the control groups (P<0.01).(2)The development and shape of newborn mice of the exp- erimental group were normal(P>0.05).(3)the abortion rate of the ex- perimental group was high.(4)The uteri of abortion mice were signifi- cantly increased(P<0.05).It is suggested that this prescription be provid- ed no harmful effects to the newborn mice.
