摘要
本文使用与科斯相同的案例,在“科斯逻辑”的基础上,论证了科斯定理中存在“科斯陷阱”这一谬误。据此进而对交易费用及经济学有关重大问题进行了批判性思考。
This paper, based upon Coase Logic, by studying the same case as Ronald Coase used, verifies that there exists a Coase Trap in Coase Theorem, thus formulating a criticism of theory of transaction costs and other major issues in economics.
