信息认知理论的体系及语义测度

The System and The Semantic Measure of Information Cognition Theory

本文主要讨论信息的认知规律、阶段及理论体系,分析信息及其语义与认识过程的本质联系。从而统一了概率型、确定型及偶发型信源的描述及信息测度,明确了前信息、灰信息、Shannon信息、语义识别信息和‘信息语义’的区别、联系及获得条件。并且根据语义与知识结构的关系,提出了‘义息’概念及测度.为研究自然信息的传递及编码奠定了基础。

In this papar, we mainly discuss the law, the stage and the theoretical system of information cognition; analyse the essential relation between the infornation and its semanteme and the cognition process. Thereby we unify the information measure and the description of probabilistic, determinate and accidental information source; Clarify the difference, the relationship and the obtainning condition of prior iuformation, grey information, Shannon information, semanteme reccgnitim information and information semanteme. And on the basis of the relationship between semanteme and knowledge structure, we advance the concept and the measure of ' seman-nows' . For researching the transmission and the encoding of natural information, the theoretical basis is established.
