绿僵菌在土壤中宿存形式和存活时间的测定 被引量:14

摘要 绿僵菌菌体接种于土壤后,以原接种体宿存,在温、湿度及营养条件适合时,原接种体可继续营养生长并产孢,干燥及低温下可长期宿存于土壤,且不失去其侵染力。不同时期接入土壤的绿僵菌,随着处理时间的延长,菌体存活力逐渐下降,但其存活力较在室温下长得多,接种于土壤中383天的菌粉,经检测每亿接种量的成菌落单位尚有0.2×10~2个,接种1—165d间8个处理期的菌粉对桃小食心虫均有较高致病力,其感染死亡率96.65~100%。 Metarhizium anisopliae inocula inoculated in soil persisted in original forms (conidia or dry mycelia),and continued its vegetative growth and sporulated in suitable temderature, humidity and nutrition, or survived in soil for a long period of time without much loss of pathogenicity.Under dry and low temperature condition. For inocula in soil, colony forming unit (CFU) decreased gradually from time to time, but it was much longer than that stored at room temperature. CFU was still maintained at 0.2×102 for every 108 inocula 383 days after inoculation. Soil samples of 8 treatments inoculated at different time during 1 ~165 days were all highly pathogenic to Carposina niponensis with mortality at 96.65-100%.
