摘要
采用二硝基氯苯以及乙酸分别复制出二种豚鼠溃疡性结肠炎UC。急性组均表现为结肠粘膜充血水肿,大量炎性细胞浸润,溃疡形成,严重者发生坏死。但慢性组无慢性炎症改变。二硝基氯苯所致的UC模型提示细胞免疫反应参予了UC的病理过程。而乙酸则为UC的直接致炎剂。二种豚鼠模型的比较显示了UC病因发病机理的复杂性。
Two model of ulcerative colitis were made by using dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)and acetic acid.Both acute groups were found colonic mucosa to be congestion,edema,infiltration of the laminaepropria with heavy inflamma- tory cells,ulceration,and even necrosis.But no inflammation changes oc- cured in the chronic groups.The model of ulcerative colitis induced by DNCB suggested that cellular immunity reaction in the colon took part in the pathological processes of ulcerative colitis.However,ulcerative colitis were also directly induced by acetic acid.The comparison of the two models indi- cated complex of etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis.
