摘要
本文采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺垂直板状电泳方法,分析了南郑和兴山巴山松天然群体酯酶同工酶的遗传变异,共得到了14种酶谱表型,2—6条同工酶带。确定了2个基因位点,EST—A和EST—B;两个群体间酯酶同工酶等位基因的杂合性期望比率非常接近,表明了群体间无明显遗传分化。
Analyses the genetic variation of esterase isozymes in natural population of Pinus henryi by acrylamide gel discontinuous verticalelectrophore-sis. The result reveals that 14 phenotypes and 2 ~ 6 bands on enzyme pattern are present. Two gene locus were determined. The expected hetero-zygosity of gene allele of esterase isozymes in two populations was almost equal. This suggests that there is less genetic diffenetiation between populations.
