摘要
利用大型有限元软件ANSYS ,对受单向拉伸的中心穿透裂纹板进行了三维弹塑性断裂计算和分析 ,分别得出屈服应力、切线模量、裂纹深度及板的厚度的不同引起J积分值的变化 ,为防断裂设计的选材和结构完整性评价分析提供了理论依据。
A center-cracked panel is investigated using elastic-plastic finite element method available in ANSYS. The J-integral of it is calculated and analyzed under three-dimension state. The main results indicate that the J-integral is variable as the yield stress,the tangent modules and the crack depth respectively. These provide theory basis for anti-fracture design and structure integrity estimation.
