摘要
通径分析表明:直接影响杜仲嫩枝扦插生根率的生理生化因子顺序为:呼吸强度、多酚氧化酶活性、饱和含水量;营养因子对生根率的重要性顺序为:还原糖、C/N、全N、淀粉、可溶性糖。生理生化测定显示:呼吸强度、碳水化合物含量、多酚氧化酶活性与根的再生过程相关,呈现规律性变化。
Descrides a path analytical result of the direct influence of physiological and biochemical factors on rooting of shoot cuttings of Eucommia ulmoides in the order of respiratory rate, polyphenol oxidase activity, and saturated water content. The order of nutrient factors important on rooting rate were reducing sugers, C : N ratio, total N, starch , and soluble sugers. The physiological and biochemical determination revealed that respiratory rate, carbohydrate contents and polyphenol oxidase activity changed regularly during the root regeneration.
