摘要
XK型煤低温自然发火实验台能够较好地模拟实际条件下煤体的自燃过程,但由于受模拟实验用煤量大、周期较长、费用较高等条件的限制,不可能对各种不同条件下的煤样自燃过程进行多次实验模拟。为此,本文根据圆柱形实验台结构特点和煤样自燃特点,建立圆柱形实验台煤样自燃过程二维数学模型;然后,应用有限差分法对自然发火模型进行数值计算。最后,以兖州东滩矿煤样自然发火实验为基础,对圆柱形煤样自燃过程进行数值模拟,其结果与实验基本一致。
The coal self-ignition process can be successfully simulated with the coal spontaneous combustion experimental oven. But it can抰 be simulated for all kind of spontaneous combustion conditions, because of the lots of many coal can be used in the experiment. Based on the structure of the column experimental oven and the characteristics of the coal sample spontaneous combustion. The two dimensions mathematical model is developed. Then, the numerical calculation is conducted with the finity difference . Finally, according to the experiments of Yanzhou coal sample, the results of the numerical simulation on the column coal spontaneous combustion are consistent with the experiments.
