摘要
叙述了钢弦频率计的基本原理及实测频率与对应压力的标定过程和转换模型。作者结合自行研制的钢弦频率计,介绍了在频率、压力转换过程中必须使用的数学模型的建立及其误差分析。实现钢弦频率计振弦的工作区域由特性曲线的线性区移动至非线性区,即保证了钢弦频率计的测量精度,又提高了其灵敏度。从而使该智能化的钢弦频率计的测量功能及误差指标都很好地满足了工矿企业的测量要求。
This article is about basic principle of sonometer, demarcating progress and changing model between measuring frequency and corresponding pressure. author introduces the building of mathematical model that must be used between frequency and pressure changing, and introduce error analyses , combining studying sonometer of hisown, move working range from line range to no-line range. It make sure measurement is accurate and sensitive. Then the intellective sonometer satisfiesmeasuring demand of the factory and mine well in measuring function and error index.
