摘要
提出一种适用于测试不同频率下电动机运行特性的新型实验系统。该系统由两台变频器和两台异步电动机构成,测试了电机在不同频率下的四象限运行特性,分析了不同频率下电机转矩的大小以及频差的正负对电机工作状态的影响。文章给出了系统的组成原理、控制原理及实验结果,该实验系统同传统的方法相比,具有节能显著、改接线方便、不宜出错的优点。
The article puts forward a new experiment system for testing the running characteristic of electric motor at four quadrants at different frequency and analyses the influence of the value of the torque and the sign of frequency to the running characteristic of electric motor under different frequency. The article gives up the principle of system structure, control principle and experiment results. Compared with traditional method, this system is easy to change the wiring and it can also save energy remarkably.
