摘要 煤岩截割是煤炭生产中最重要的一个过程。为了降低吨煤电耗,降低粉尘量,增加块度,须研究截齿截割过程吨煤电耗、块度变化规律,文中采用实验的方法对采煤机刀形、镐形截齿截割过程进行了模拟,并采用MATLAB对其结果进行了数据处理。得 到截割过程的切深与吨煤电耗及块度间的关系。 One of the most important process in coal-mine production is coal cutting. In order to cut down the consumption of electricity per ton and the coal dust and increase the block size of coal, it is necessary to study the law of consumption of electricity per ton and block size in the process of coal cutting. In this paper, by experiment method, the relation of consumption of electricity per ton and cutting deep, block size and cutting deep have been gained in process of coal cutting. The MATLAB has been used to deal with the measured data. Finally we find some conclusions are important for production in coal-mine.
