GeoMedia环境下数字地图符号化的实现

The Realization of Symbolization of Digital Map in GeoMedia

作为新一代开放式GIS平台,GeoMedia可以将来自不同信息源、不同数据格式和不同投影方式的数据融合到单一的操作环境中。但作为国外GIS平台,其在符号化、建库等方面的功能还远远不能满足国内的需求。为此,本人在建立符号库的基础上,利用GeoMedia提供的二次开发功能开发了VB应用程序,实现了GeoMedia环境下的矢量数据符号化和建库功能,并在实践应用中取得了较好的效果。

As a new-generation open style GIS platform, GeoMedia can amalgamate all kinds of data, such as coming from different information sources、different data formats or different projecting modes, into uniform ion surroundings. But as foreign GIS platform, its functions on symbolization and building database are far from satisfying in domestic needs. So based on establishing symbol databases, the VB application programs were developed by using GeoMedia抯 second-developing functions, then the symbolization and building databases of vector data under GeoMedia circumstance were realized, finally, perfect effect was gotten through practical application.
