摘要
以锅炉金属排烟系统,噪声排放超标扰民为实际工程背景,在分析了主噪声源的基础上,根据噪声控制理论,设计并实施了治理方案,在保证噪声排放达标的基础上,还考虑了节能,隔热等措施,经环保局测定,确认已达到国家环保标准,并对工程予以验收。该治理工程收到了环境和节能的双重效益。
The metal exhaust system of industrial furnaces and excessive noise levels, which interrupt the daily life of local residents, are considered in this paper. This paper analyses normal noise produced in engineering, and devised and applied a program in engineering practice in terms of the theory of noise control. Meanwhile, saving of energy and heat insulation is taken into account. The results of this treatment live up to the criteria of national environment protection as required by the Environment Protection Bureau. This treatmentof excessive noise production in the metal exhaust system of the industrial furnaces, achieves the double benefits of protecting the environment and saving energy.
