摘要
为满足由于井下煤产量增加而需提高提升能力的需要,在不更换设备的情况下,将矿井提升系统单机拖动改为双机拖动, 既提高了提升能力又节省了设备投资。提出了在两电机不同转速时,其双机拖动系统的机械特性以及在不同运行状态下的机械特性, 并由两台电动机的负荷分配情况,提出了不同容量双机拖动应采取的技术措施。
In order to meet the need of improving the lifting ability with the increase of coal production,we can change single-motor drive into double-motor one in mine lifting system without changing the equipment . It can not only increase the lifting ability,but also save equipment investment. By analysing mechanical characteristic curve and equation,we can get the load distribution on each motor. This paper also proposes some technical measures when we change single-motor drive into double one.
