摘要
研究了硅对铸造耐磨锌合金(ZA-27)组织及耐磨性的影响,结果表明硅在铸造耐磨锌合金中主要以角块状初晶硅的形态存在于α枝晶间,并且有很高硬度,随着硅含量增加,使耐磨性能明显提高。综合考虑其耐磨性、力学性能及铸造组织的均匀性,在ZA-27锌合金中加入1~3%硅时具有较为理想的组织和性能。
This article studies the influence of silicon on the structure and wear-resistant property of cast wear-resisting alloy (ZA-27). The result shows that silicon element which lies among the α dendrite arm spacing is mainly in the form of angular blocky primary crystallization silicon in cast wear-resisting alloy(ZA-27), and its hardness is also high, so the higher the content of silicon, the higher the wear-resisting property. The result also shows that the wear-resistant property and mechanical property are relatively satisfactory when the content of silicon in ZA-27 is 1~3%.
