摘要
根据现场需要,在调研的基础上,提出了利用辊压成型加工波纹管并采用涡电式位移传感器实现夹具的自动跟踪控制的新方法,能使金属内部组织及相关的机械性能得到很好的改善。涡电流式位移传感器线性范围较大,抗干扰能力强,适于测量旋转轴的振动和位移。电路中采用的石英振荡器,能保证稳定输出。
A new approach processing the bellows taking advantage of roller forming and adopting turbo generator displacement-sensor to achieve automatic tracing of the tracks of clamping apparatus抯 is introduced in the paper. According to the practical needs, on the basis of the investigation and study .This method has characteristics of improving metals organization and coherent mechanical properties turbogenerator displacement-sensor has a large linear scope and a power fur ability to resist disturbance. A measure method suitable for revolving spindles vibration and displacement a quartz oscillator is adopted in the circuit, which generates a stable output.
