摘要
采用固相反应法合成了掺杂Eu3+的Li2WO4材料,并用X射线粉末衍射仪、荧光分光光度计及交流阻抗技术对样品进行了观察和测试.结果表明:适量Eu2O3掺入的掺入可提高基质材料的发光和导电性能.
The Eu3+-doped Li2WO4 was prepared by solid phase reaction from Li2CO3, WO3 and Eu2 O3, and characterized by using powder X-ray diffractometry. The emission and excitation spectra were measured. The luminescence properties of Eu3+ -doped Li2 WO4 and energy transfer mechanism were discussed. Suitable doping improves luminescence properties and ionic conductivity of Li2WO4.
