摘要
在东鞍山现用正浮选流程的基础上 ,增加中矿Ⅰ再磨工序 ,使铁矿连生体得以单体解离。再选用捕收性和选择性良好的螯合捕收剂RN— 665 ,可获得铁精矿品位为 64 .0 2 %、回收率达 76.2 3 %的优质铁精矿。
To separate iron from intergrown silica, We add the regrinding operation of Midding I to existing flotation flowsheet of the Donganshan Mine, and use a new type chelationg collector RN-665 which has better selectivtiy and collective power,obtaining A high-quality iron concentrate with an iron grade of 64.02% and a recovery of 76.23%.
