摘要 针对高层建筑火灾的安全问题 ,参考高层民用建筑设计防火规范并征求专家意见 ,建立了高层建筑火灾风险的多级多层次评价因素集 ,并用层次分析法确定了各评价因素的权重 .根据模糊综合评价原理提出了高层建筑火灾风险的模糊综合评价模型 ,并应用此模型对某一高层建筑的火灾风险进行了评价 ,得出其火灾安全等级 .研究结果表明 ,所建立的模型对高层建筑火灾的风险评价具有较好的应用价值 ,并为建筑消防监督的公正。 Based on the code for the design of fire protection for high-rise buildings and the experience of specialists, a hierarchy multi-stage assessment set was constructed for the fire safety of high-rise buildings. The weights of evaluating indexes were determined by applying the analytic hierarchy process. A fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for the fire safety of high-rise buildings was set up. In addition, an application example of this model was given, and its fire safety rank was ascertained. The research results show that the model is of significance for fire departments' evaluation and inspection to the fire safety of high-rise buildings.
