接种菌根对充填复垦土壤营养吸收的影响 被引量:24

摘要 将菌根真菌接种于复垦土壤中 ,进行了盆栽试验研究 .结果表明 ,植株的生物量随覆土厚度增大而增大 ;与非菌根植物相比 ,接种菌根真菌的植物可以吸收更多的营养 ,而向地上部运移的 Na较少 ,抑制了植株积累过量的 Na盐 ;植株生物量及其植株体内的营养元素含量 ,接种菌根真菌后 ,覆土少的 (覆 5 cm厚的土壤于 1 0 cm厚的粉煤灰上 )相应高于不接种且覆土厚 (覆1 0 cm厚的土壤于 5 cm厚的粉煤灰上 )的 ,说明接种菌根具有抵消由于覆土少而导致的植株产量降低的潜力 ,其对粉煤灰充填复垦的植被重建具有重要作用 。 A pot experiment was carried out on the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi, glomus mosseae , on the growth and nutrient uptake of maize ( Zea mays L .) in reclaimed soil with coal fly ash covered soil layers with different depths. The research shows that plant yields increase with soil depth. Mycorrhizal plants can absorb more nutrients than non mycorrhizal ones, and translate less Na to shoots, protecting plants from the excessive accumulation of Na. Plant biomass and nutrient content for mycorrhizal plants in redaimed soil with a small soil thickness of 5 cm and a great fly ash thickness of 10cm are higher than those for non mycorrhizal plants in reclaimed soil with a great soil thickness of 10 cm and a small fly ash thickness of 5 cm. Arbuscular mycorrhizae have a potential to counteract the effect induced by a small thickness of covered soil, and so can reduce reclamation fee. These results suggest that arbuscular mycorrhizae have an important role in the reconstruction of plants in the areas reclaimed with coal fly ash.
