超声强化全氯乙烯脱除煤中有机硫 被引量:6

摘要 在搅拌和超声辐照两种作用下 ,对柳湾高硫煤进行了全氯乙烯 ( PCE)选择性脱硫研究 ,并对两种结果进行了比较 .结果表明 :在超声作用下 ,较低的反应温度下就能获得高的有机硫脱除率 ,采用热过滤方法其有机硫的脱除率要高于冷过滤 ,长时间的萃取 (大于 30 min)不利于有机硫的脱除 ;在搅拌条件下 ,PCE萃取脱除有机硫随着温度的升高而增加 ;而经过超声预处理后 ,有机硫的脱除率进一步提高 .主要抽提产物为元素 S8,还有少量的 S7和 S6 . The selective removal of organic sulfur from Liuwan coal by perchloroethylene (PCE) extraction under the actions of ultrasonic wave and stirring was investigated. The results shows that a high removal rate of organic sulfur is obtained under the action of ultrasonic wave even at a low temperature. The hot filtering results in a higher removal rate of organic sulfur than the cold filtering. Extraction time longer than 30 min is not favorable to the organic sulfur removal. Under the condition of stirring, the removal rate of organic sulfur by PCE extraction increases with the temperature. Once it is treated by ultrasonic wave, the removal rate of organic sulfur will further increase. The main desulfurization product is S8, with small amount of S7 and S6.
