摘要
根据模糊数学的聚类分析原理 ,运用 MATLAB程序研究了粉煤灰科学分类的问题 .选择与粉煤灰品质有关的化学成分和物理性质为模糊聚类分析的特征指标 ,以活性特征为目标 ,通过计算获得了较科学的分类结果 ,并用美国 TC FAB-67标准中灰渣火山灰活性指数测定方法对分类结果进行了验证 .结果表明模糊分类法克服了以往分类法的片面性 ,能较全面地反映粉煤灰产品品质性能 .
The scientific classification of fly ash was studied by using the MATLAB computer language on the basis of the principle of fuzzy cluster analysis. Chemical composition and physical property related to the quality of fly ash were selected as the characteristic indexes of the cluster analysis. The classification was testified by the America Standard TC FAB-67. The results show that the method has overcome the one-sidedness of the former methods, and can reflect all-roundly the quality of fly ash products, laying a foundation for the comprehensive utilization of fly ash.
