摘要
根据对带式输送机运行状况的现场调查 ,介绍了托辊选用与运转中存在的问题。通过实例分析了托辊的选用、运行阻力系数取值、安装调整与维护几个方面对整机运行的影响 。
After a careful study for operation of belt conveyer,the paper points out some problems while existed in selection and running of cradle roll, analyses some effects on operation of belt conveyer caused by selection for cradle roll,running resistance,coefficient value,installation,adjustment and maintenance and so on,and correspondently provide solutions to the problem.
