摘要
在了解红辉沸石的物理化学特征的基础上,分别采用不同粒径、不同含水率及不同填充量的红辉沸石填充聚丙烯(PP)塑料制品,系统地测试或比较它们的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度、成型收缩率、并与相同工艺条件下的纯聚丙烯制品进行对比。结果表明:红辉沸石填充聚丙烯(PP)塑料,增强了拉伸强度、略微降低了冲击强度和弯曲强度、减少成型收缩率。
Abstract: Based on knowing the physics chemistry characters of stellerite, we use the stellerite withdifferent particle size、 different water content ratio and different filler loading to fill in polypropylene(PP)plastic products. We test or compare their tensile strength、impact strength、bending strength、mouldshrinkage rate by the numbers, but also contrast pure polypropylene products in common with processingcondition. The result indicate that the stellerite fill in polypropylene plastic products reinforce their tensilestrength and in a small degree depress impact strength and bending strength、low mould shrinkage rate.
