球磨机高铬铸铁衬板的研究与应用

Research and application of high chromium cast iron liners of ball mill

研制了一种球磨机高铬铸铁衬板 ,这种材料的主要特征是以锰部分取代高铬铸铁中的钼 ,其组织为马氏体加碳化物。试验结果表明 ,使用该材料制作的衬板在低冲击载荷的工况条件下其使用寿命优于奥氏体高锰钢 ,且生产成本低 ,具有广泛的使用和推广价值。

The material recently developed used in ball mill liner is high chromium cast iron,its speciality is that manganese partly replaces of molybdenum in high chromium cast iron.The material's microstructure consists of martensite and carbides.The test results show that the service life of mill liners made of this material is longer than high manganese austenite steel under low impact conditions.And with low cost,the materials are well worthy being used widely.
