摘要
北京矿冶研究总院与山东铝业公司合作 ,在山东铝业公司氧化铝厂的铝土矿粉碎中采用了洛阳矿山机器厂用引进技术制造的RPV10 0 -63型辊压机 ,规格为Φ10 0 0mm× 630mm ,安装于南北两个碎矿车间常规破碎流程之后开路工作 ,最终破碎产品粒度从 -2 4.5mm减小到 -9.5mm ,P80 从原来的 15 .7mm减小到 5 .3mm ,实现了多碎少磨 ,使后续原料磨生产能力提高了 36.2 3% ,单产电耗降低了 2 6.60 % ,达到了预期改造目的。文中还提出了进一步发挥辊压机的潜力 ,获得更好的增产节能效果的措施。本项目是辊压机首次应用于我国金属矿石粉碎生产中 ,获得了这方面的经验 。
RPV100-63 roller press made by Luoyang Mine Machinery Plant by means of introduced technology was used for comminution of aluminium ores in Alumina Plant of Shandong Aluminum Corporation with cooperate of BGRIMM. The roller press of the size of Φ1000mm×630mm was placed in open-circuit between upstream original conventional crushing circuits and downstream raw material grinding circuits,decreasing the final crushed product size from original-24.5mm to -9.5mm,and P 80 from original 15.7mm to 5.3mm so that the capability of the downstream raw material grinding circuit was increased for 36.23% and the unit electric power consumption was reduced for 26.60%. Some suggestions were also mentioned for the potential of the roller press would be more excavated and more effects in increasing production and saving energy would be achieved. The signification of this application lies in being first application of roller press in metal mines of our country.
