On the Eleven Relationships Involved in the Mining Development

阐述了当前我国矿业持续、健康发展应该正确认识的 11个关系。通过辨证分析 ,提出用江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想和一系列指示精神统领矿业全局工作 ,作为制订方针和政策。

Eleven relationships that should be correctly understood to ensure a healthy and sustainable development of China's mining,it is pointed out that Comrade Jiang Zemin's important thought of “three representatives” and spirit of a series of instructions should be used as guiding thought in commanding the overal mining work,working out guiding priciples and policies and deepening the reform.
