摘要
本文分析了1983～1986年四年中武汉市武昌区应征的应届高中毕业生血压,心率及心音的状况。结果表明,我们所观察的人群之动脉收缩压与我国同性别,同年龄组正常人群的标准正常动脉收缩压明显增高,(P<0·01);舒张压则极不稳定;心率显著增快(P<0·01);心脏病理性杂音的发生率男性为1·17%,女性为1.15%,上述的这些改变,女性比男性显著地突出(P<0·05)。同时,我们还观察到心率异常的发生率逐年稍有下降的趋势,舒张压有逐年正常的趋势。
The changes of the pressure,beat and tone of heart were serially examinede and developmentally analysed in 2225 high-school graduates from 1983 to 1986.The results showed that by comparing this population with our normal country people who are of the same sex and age as them,their artirial pressure is significantly high(P<0.01);diastolic pressure is very instable;the beat frequency of heart is significantly quick(P<0.01).In the population,pathologic rate of heart tones is 1.71%in male sex,1.15% in female sex.These changes is conspicuous in the girl studeuts than the boy students(P<0.05).At the same time,we found that the rate of abnormal heart-frequency is a tendency reduction,and diastolic pre- ssure towards normal value year by year.
