不同的浸酸处理对羊毛鳞片侵蚀作用的 SEM 观察分析

SEM OBSERVATION ON THE EROSION EFFECT OF ACIDS ON THE SCALE LAYER OF THE SHEEP'S WOOL IN DIFFERENT PICKLING PROCESS

绵羊皮在浸酸过程中,酸对皮板作用的同时也对毛被产生一定的化学作用。本文采用扫描电镜(SEM)技术对羊毛经受不同浸酸(软化)处理后毛鳞片层所受的“侵蚀”作用进行了实验观察,并对观察结果做了理论分析,为毛皮生产制定合理的生产工艺提供理论依据。

Acid has certain chemical actions on the corium layer and the hair-covering in pickling of sheep skin.The erosive effect of acid on the scale layer of the wool was studied during the different pickling(bating)operations by scanning electron microscopy.It was also analysed theoretically,The results suggest theoretical basis for drawing up the proper operation of the furskin production.
