双电机自同步振动给料机的自同步理论

STUDY ON SELF—SYNCHRONIZING THEORY OF SELF—SYNCHRONIZING VIBRATIONAL FEEDERS WITH DOUBLE VIBRATIONAL MOTORS

本文建立了双电机自同步振动给料机的力学模型,进行了动力学分析,得出了振动给料机同步性判据和稳定性判据的计算公式,并进行了讨论。

In this paper we found mechanical model of self-synchroniging vibrationai feeders with double vibrationai motors, then we use the model to make dynamic analysis, obtain these conctisions: as vibrationai feeder synchronously is working, the body is not vibrated along X axis, if two vibrationai motors are very close, swing vibration round X axis or z axis on the body is not came out; if the condition is satisfied; L_xcose=L_zsine swing vibration round y axis on the feeder is not came out. In this paper we obtained caculating equations of synchronism and stability of vibrationai feeders, and had a discuss about it.
