空间用球轴承EHD润滑设计中的几个问题

Some Problems in EHD Lubrication Design of Long Life Ball Bearing in Space

提出了对空间用长寿命球轴承进行EHD润滑设计时须特别注意的两个问题,即润滑剂的选择和预载的确定,并深入分析了它们对轴承使用性能与寿命的影响.

First, the paper discusses some properties of lubricant, such as viscosity,pressure-viscosity index, temperature-viscosity index, density, surface tension and wetting, and thermal properties etc., which have important iufluences on the EHD lubrication of ball bearing in space,and puts forward general principles for the choice of lubricant. Next, the article analyses how to determine bearing's preload which is related to its load distribution, stress and deformation, stiffness, friction torque, and fatigue life, and gives some principles of the determining of preload.
