摘要
应用线性回归法对重叠色谱峰进行处理,确定了重叠峰中各组分的浓度,相关系数不小于0.960。方法简便、快速、准确度高。
The overlapping chromatographic peaks are resolved by linear regression method, and the concentration of each component is determined. The correlation coeffi- cients are less than 0.960. This method is simple, rapid and has high accuracy.
