摘要
以不同剂量的9种餐具类洗涤剂,对花背蟾蜍蝌蚪进行染毒,测定其红细胞微核率的变化。结果表明:除特效、达尔美、双鲸特效的0.2ppm剂量组差异不显著或有一定程度的增加(x^2≤3.97;p<0.05)外,其余各组均有极其显著意义的增加(x^2≥9.03;p<0.001),并随着染毒剂量的增加而升高。对9种洗涤剂诱发的红细胞微核进行了比较,从总微核率来看,从大到小依次为:四季高效>丝路>达尔美>敦煌>双喜牌>白猫>特效>双鲸特效>丽的>对照组。
Tadpoles of Bufo Raddei Strauch are treated with nine detergents for seven days and their RBC micronucleus rates are tested. The results showed that, except the differences of the rate for Highly Effective Detergent, Da Ermei and Shuang Jing (0.2 ppm) are not evident(X^2 = 1.85, p= 0. 107) or the rates for them have only certain degrees of increase (X^2≤3. 97, p<0. 05), for the other detergents, the rates increase remarkably (X^2≥9. 07, p<0. 001)apd they increase with the increa- sing of the detergents. The sensitivity of these nine detergents to induced RBC micronucleus rate is compared and their effecrts accoding to their total mocronu- cleus rates they induced are as follows: Si Ji Effective Detergent>Si Lu>Da Ermei >Dun Huang>Shuang Xi>Bai Mao>Highly Effective Detergent>Shuang Jing> Li Di>Control group.
