应用逆向激活碰撞技术并结合神经元电生理学特征分析,发现中缝背核有纤维直接投射到丘脑束旁核,且这些中缝-丘脑单位中约40%是5-羟色胺能神经元;束旁核对中缝背核活动也存在影响。讨论了两核团间联系性质及其在痛信号传递及调制中的意义。
The purpose of this paper is to study if the direct projections from nucleus raphe dorsal(NRD)to nucleus parafascicularis(Pf)exist by anti- dromic activation and collision technique and to distinguish the serotoner- gic(5-HT)projections from non-serotonergic projections based on electro- physiological specifics of NRD neurons.The results showed that during Pf stimulation fifteen neurons in NRD were antidromically activated and 40% of these neurons were serotonergic.Electrical acupuncture(EA)facilitated their spontaneous discharges.Moreover,Pf could influence the neuron acti- vities in NRD.The experiments suggest that there are many direct un- myelinated thin projections from NRD to thalamic Pf,among which 5-HT projections account for about 40%.It is possible that the NRD-Pf projec- tions have an important effect on pain modulation and EA analgesia.
