试论广播电视大学的人才培养模式

On personnel training mode in RTVUS

本文根据1999年教育部批转《中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点项目研究工作》的要求,通过对中央广播电视大学在具有中国“特色”的大众化高等教育时代的“定位”,确定发展方向,在人才培养模式、培养途径、教与学的模式上进行探讨,使广播电视大学办出区别于其他高等学校的特色来,从而加快推动我国高等教育大众化的发展进程。

According to the requirements from″Reform on the personnel-training mode&research work on the pilot project of open learning in China Central Radio&TV University″approved by the Ministry of Education in1999,this article makes approach on personnel-training mode,the way in training and the mode of teaching and learning through CCRTVU's 'orientation' of mass higher education with Chinese characteristics and defini-tion of its developing direction.It enables CCRTVU to distinguish its features from those of conventional uni-versities so as to give impetus to the process of development for mass higher education within the country.
