Catalytic Combustion Kinetics of Tinpot Coal Doped with Rare Earth Coal-Burning Additive by Thermogravimetric Experiment

摘要 用热重分析法研究了江西丰城劣质燃煤的燃烧特性和稀土助燃添加剂对该煤燃烧催化的动力学。结果表明 ,劣质燃煤具有反应活化能高 ,分解反应不完全等特性。稀土燃煤添加剂能改变燃烧反应历程 ,大大加速煤燃烧反应速率 ,显著降低劣质煤燃烧反应活化能 ,因而有很好的助燃作用。揭示了稀土助燃添加剂的催化作用机理。 The combustibility of Funchen tinpot coal and catalytic combustion kinetics of this coal doped with 5% the rare earth (RE) coal-burning additive were studied by thermogravimetric experiment at air atmosphere. Comprision of tinpot coal without and with 5% The RE coal-burning additive,α(-△W/△W end) were 51.36% and 57.59%.The activation energies were 1075kJ/mol and 485.0 kJ/mol, the reaction orders were 4.5 and 7.7 respectively, experimental results confirmed that the RE coal-burning additive have good catalytic effect on this tipot coal combustion reaction.
