摘要
研究了定态与周期操作对基因工程酒精酵母质粒稳定性的影响 ,结果表明 :周期操作时系统振荡的周期(T)趋于外加激励的周期 ;在相同进料量和其他操作条件 (pH、DO、T)一定时 ,周期操作有利于提高底物的利用率并增强质粒的稳定性 。
Steady state and periodic operation strategies were used to study the plasmid stability of S. cerevisiae harboring plasmid by means of a series of experiments. The results show that under the periodic operation the cycle of system oscillation is similar to the one added by the exterior and the periodic operation is more beneficial to improve gene expression and make plasmid stable than the steady state operation under the same conditions. And then two possible mechanisms are proposed for the enhanced stability.
