摘要
以片状Nafion膜作为固体电解质 ,Teflon乳液作为粘结剂 ,制备了分别以石墨和钯黑为活性材料的气体扩散电极 ,探讨了氧气进行电催化还原反应制备过氧化氢的过程 ,并分析了不同的电极组成、氧气压力以及电解电压对电解效果的影响 。
The process that oxygen was electro catalyticaly reduced to hydrogen peroxide on the gas diffusing electrode was elementarily discussed. The electrolysis cell was a fuel cell with the Nafion membrane being the solid electrolyte and the electrode was composed of graphite and Teflon binder or palladium black and Teflon binder. The effects of the constitution of electrode, the pressure of oxygen and the electrode voltage on the electrolysis were analyzed and the best electrolysis conditions were obtained.
