摘要
研究了Ce3+ 对肝细胞和V79细胞中游离Ca2 + 的影响。低浓度的Ce3+ 能使肝细胞内游离Ca2 + 浓度增高 ,高浓度的Ce3+ 能使肝细胞内游离Ca2 + 浓度显著升高。Ce3+ 可促进细胞外Ca2 + 的内流 ,高浓度的Ce3+
s: The effect of Ce 3+ on free cytoplasmic calcium of hepatocytes and V79 cells was studied with microfluorometry. The free cytoplasmic calcium in cells exposed to Ce 3+ increases in low dose and increases significantly in high dose. The free cytoplasmic calcium in hepatocytes exposed to Ce 3+ increases quickly at first and then decreases slowly. These results suggest that Ce 3+ might stimulate calcium inflow and enhance the free cytoplasmic calcium of cells. The result also suggestes that cerium might be toxic to hepatocytes in high dose.
